Mike went fishing today in Yankton below the dam and they snagged some BIG fish - Dave De Ruyter is in this picture with a big carp!!

And Mike caught this BIG ONE - they had an awesome day and lots of fun - no walleye today but good times fighting these big boys!!
They didn't even break any poles?!?!?!?!?!?!

Those are some impressive looking fish. Bet they had fun.
Good Lands---I didn't think Yankton water had fish that big. Can they eat them? Glad they didn''t all freeze.
We had almost 7 " of snow through the night and still snowing. Heavy-Wet stuff--but oh so pretty!!!!!!!!!!!
No they don't eat them - they through them all back into the water - but had a great time getting them into the boat - one of the big ones took 25 minutes to land!!
Oh.My.Goodness. Those things are scary! It looks like they had fun. Definately a boy's day. :)
