I haven't had pheasant for many years. We kept the legs and they were always shot up and full of bullets. Dad always cooked them in a lot of cream. Good tho.
Glad you had a very good Thanksgiving. Also so thoughtful of you to remember your friends with food at the time of their loss.
Made another batch of carmel corn just for ourselves today.
